Introduction
In a dedicated effort to bridge the gap between formal education and employable skills, our organization has launched an on-going large-scale mobilization campaign across Government Senior Secondary Schools in Chandigarh. With the approval and active support of the Director, School Education, UT Chandigarh, this campaign is currently underway, aiming to reach over 10,000 students in a span of a few weeks.
Approval with the Directorate of School Education
The campaign has been made possible through the formal permissions and continued guidance of the Directorate of School Education, Chandigarh Administration. Their unwavering support has enabled seamless access to schools and enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty.
The Power of Teamwork
The success of this campaign, thus far, is a result of the collective effort, passion, and dedication of our committed team. From organizing interactive awareness sessions to addressing student queries on the ground, our team members are ensuring that each visit is impactful and meaningful for the students.
Objective of the Mobilization
The primary objective of this initiative is to raise awareness among students about a flagship skill development scheme launched by the Social Welfare Department, UT Chandigarh. The scheme offers:
- Free-of-cost, 3-month certified training programs
- Industry-aligned curriculum across high-demand sectors
- Placement support and hands-on learning experiences

Each mobilization session is designed to be interactive and engaging, encouraging students to explore certified training opportunities that can open pathways to sustainable employment and personal growth.

With five schools already covered and over 5,000 students engaged, we are just getting started. In the coming days, we aim to reach many more schools across Chandigarh, expanding our impact and empowering thousands of young individuals to take charge of their futures.
